I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunae experience I encountered during my recent stay at the Grand Vista Hotel from October 10th to October 12th, 2023, while on a business trip for a conference.
Regrettably, my experience did not meet what i expected. Firstly, upon arrival, I found the check-in process slow, taking nearly 45 minutes despite having a reservation. Additionally, the room assigned to me was not properly cleaned; I noticed dust on surfaces and the bathroom had not been stocked with essential toiletries. Most disheartening was the reception staff’s lack of responsiveness when I wanted assistance regarding these issues, with one staff member dismissively stating they were too busy to help.
Given the inconveniences I faced, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. A refund of some portion of my stay or a complimentary night would go a long way in restoring my faith in your establishment. I look forward to your response regarding this matter, as I would like to consider your hotel for future business travels.
