Dear Event Organizer,
I am writing this letter to express my great pleasure for the invitation of the conference and recommendation of hotel for my stay. It was really great experience to engage with quality minded individuals that really helped me to gain extraordinary knowledge.
However, I would like to mention some the issues that I faced during the stay at your recommended hotel. First and foremost, my personal room was not properly organized by the staff members. As when I entered the room, there were certain belongings on my bed of previous guest, leading me to clean the room for the stay. Additionally, due to high number of participants in the conference, I felt hotel had limited staff, and they were unable to fulfil the request of each guest promptly. As a result, I had to wait longer period of time for my food orders during the stay.
I would like to recommend that please ensure from the hotel manager to have enough staff to avoid any inconvenience before arranging the hotel for the greatest conferences. Furthermore, thorough housekeeping must be done for each room that are reserved for the guest before assigning the room.
