The table illustrates clothes creation process through usage of animal skin.
Overall, creation of clothes needs usage of developed machinery, driers and color mixers and human hand. Animal skin experiences drastic change throughout all of the process: from salting and hair removing to tanning with chemicals and waxing.
Process starts from farmers dilvering animal skin to a factory where sorting period begins. This includes sorting by its size. Having been gone through trimming, future clothes are salted.
Afterwards, already salted skins, stacked up individualy, go through curing for 30 days. Soaking in water is the next process they are going. It usually takes from 12-24 hours, depending on animal skin. Having gone through hair removal process, skin is then pickled with salt and acid.
At last, it is tanned with chemicals for 2 days period, and colored using colours and oil to soften it before. Before waxing, skin is dried up with usage of driers which accelerate air, removing water.
