The given flow chart illustrates the process of of producing clothes from animal skin through a series of steps.
Overall, the production involves twelve main stages. Starting with deliver the animal skin and ending with the waxing of the final clothes production. In total, the process takes at least 33 days to complete.
In terms of making the clothes, firstly deliver the animal skin from farm. Then it needs to be sorting in small and large shape. The next steps involves trimming and adding the salt. After which the animal skin are need to be curing for thirty days. After being processed then soaking by water for about 12 – 24 hours, then it needs to remove the hair with knife before it is pickling by mix with salt and acid.
Regarding the hardening stages, tanning the chemicals for 48 hours before it needs to be colouring and softening with oil. The next steps involves drying and then waxing it. Finally the clothes are finished and ready.
