the process begins when raw material are delivered from farm and sorted by size into small and big categories. Following this, the skins are trimming with scissors and sprinkled with salt. Next the skins are kept on shelves for 30 days for curing. In the next step, they are soaked in water for 12 to 24 hours and then the hair is removed with knife.
After this stage, the skins are put into a barrel with salt and acid for picking. Ones this is complited, they are tanned with chemicaals for 48 hours. Following this, the leather is coloured and softened with oil in a big container. Finally, the products are dried in a machine and then waxed by hands.
