The line graph compares the sales revenue of three different car brands from 2015 to 2019, while the pie chart shows the proportion of sales by car type.
Overall, Xbrand experienced a dramatic increase in sales revenue over the period, while Ybrand and Zbrand showed noticeable fluctuations with contrasting patterns. In terms of car types, MPVs represented the largest proportion of total sales, whereas Sportscars made up the smallest proportion.
Looking at the line graph, Xbrand had the lowest sales revenue in 2015, at around 1 million. However, this figure skyrocketed to nearly 3 million in 2019, which was roughly three times higher than the initial level. By contrast, Ybrand’s revenue fluctuated considerably, starting at approximately 2 million in 2015 and ending at a lower number at over 1.5 million in 2019, despite a peak of over 2.5 million in 2017. Meanwhile, Zbrand recorded the highest revenue at the start, with about 3.5 million. This figure then dropped sharply to around 2 million in 2017 before rising steadily again to nearly 2.5 million in 2019.

This was followed by Hatchback City Car and SUV, which represented 27% and 25% respectively. In comparison, Sedans and Sportscars made up much smaller proportions. The former occupied 10%, nearly a third of MPVs’ share, while the latter were the least common, comprising only 3% of total sales.
