So I remember years ago when I visited Milan. I was on the train going to the city center when I met this man who was helpless on the train. He was having issues paying for his ticket because he lost his bag, and it was quite an unfortunate incident. I approached him to ask what the problem was. He felt reluctant at first to talk to me about it, but I introduced myself and tried to create an atmosphere to make sure he felt comfortable with me. Then he opened up that he lost his bag while he was on his way to the train station. It was quite an uncomfortable experience because he felt so embarrassed when the conductor came to ask him for the ticket to pay his fare. So I helped him out by paying, and he was very grateful to me. I paid the conductor directly and also gave him extra money to hold just in case he got stranded along the way. I felt so satisfied and fulfilled that I was able to help, even though I was a housewife in Italy. The little money I had with me was enough to make a difference. I always recommend that if you find people in a position where they are helpless and destitute, you should try to be generous towards them because you never know when you might meet them again in the future.

It was quite an ugly experience because he felt so embarrassed when the driver came to ask him for the ticket to pay his transport fare. So I had to help him out to pay and he was so grateful to me. I paid the driver directly and also gave him extra money to hold just in case he guest stranded along the road and I felt so satisfied, so fulfilled that I was able to help out even though I was a housewife here in Italy but the little money I had with me, I was able to use it and save humanity and I always recommend that if you find people in this position where they are helpless and destitute you should always try to be generous towards them because you might never know where you’re going to meet them in the nearest future
