Dear manager,

I hope this email finds you well.

Last week I found on the internet a training course about air conditioning system maintenance. In their schedule, we are learning all processes about the system, how to clean, and how to fix it safely. Moreover, how I started work with that recently, I am certain that could be a great opportunity for me to learn more about this job.

However, the course is in another city. I would like to ask you if I can leave the job for four days and taking these classes. I would need to stay out in the next month, from the third to the seventh day. Consequently, my absence can affect my colleagues’ perfomance. Due to it, I am planning to work overtime after I come back.

I really hope that I could take this course. I am eager to study and put all my apprenticeship into practice.
