Nowadays in different parts of the world the youth unemployment is rising. Various problems can contribute to increasing amount of young people without work. The main causes is usage of AI,robots and reluctance of having low-skilled jobs. Artifical intellegence and high-automated robots are one of the most common opponents for young students in taking job. Big amount of employers choose Al instead of young plroffesionalists, consequently, most low-skilled jobs are not available to people. Since it is much cheaper to use and risk of the mistake is lower. One solution could be for people to learn skills that robots cannot have in the nearest future. For instance, practice in not manufacturing jobs and choose communicative instead.
When students graduate from university they generally don’t have any experience, nonetheless people still want to have jobs, for which they were studing for many yeas, and of course they want to be well-paid. Howewer, in reality employers are searching for employees with needed knowledge, consequently students cannot have those jobs, but at the same time they do not want to work for low-skilled iobs. The apprenticeships can be great solutions for each side, young people could be better trained for each firm.
In summary, the youth unemployment is a serious issue that is needed to be adressed. Goverment and big companies can contribute in solving this problem, by implementing novel work system.Perhaps some new laws could merigate spreading this.
