The process shows the manufacturing of bricks. There are 7 steps starting with drying of clay and ends with delivery of the bricks.
Overall it is a mammoth process, all the steps are vital but heating is the most prominent step.
In the preliminary step, clay is dried from the ground with the help of dryer, then it is mixed with sand and water. In the following step, mixture is placed in the shape of brick by using wire cutter or mould. After that, the bricks are placed in dry oven for drying for 1 to 2 days.
Moving further in the subsequential step, bricks are placed in kiln for heating from moderate to high temperature. After heating they are cooled in a cooling chamber for 2-3 days. In the penultimate step, cooled bricks are packed. Finally they are ready to delivery to the construction sites.
