Well, I currently do not keep track of my phone usage. However, I am using it day in and day out for at least 8 hours. I currently work with my phone and therefore I am frequently using it. And there are some situations in which I will away and simply turn it off. However, more often than not I find myself checking new messages, reading the news, or simply texting my friends. So I would argue that I spend at least 8 hours using my phone.
