In terms of mobile/ cell phone, it experienced a significant increase, starting at around 7% in 1998 and rising from nearly 8% in 2000 to 30% in 2006. It then continued to reach about 45% in 2007, but this proportion declined dramatically in 2008, at zero. In addition, both landline and internet accounted for 9% and 3% in 1998, respectively, both of them remained at stable in 1999 and began to grow from roughly 9% and 7% in 2000 to nearly 10% and 11% in 2003, which the latter outnumbered the former until the year 2007 recorded the opposite trend, at around 16% and 15% and they matched together, at 20% in 2008.
