Overall, it is clear that in first recorded year the percentage of employees with masters degree in science was the highest, while after twenty years the top position took people with PHD in science. Meanwhile, in both two years the least figure was witnessed in PHD arts.
In 1980, a common degree in a company was masters degree in science, accounting for 29%. The next position took fist degree in arts, with 25% of individuals owning it. While the proportion of workers with first degree in science was a bit lower, 19%. In contrast, the percentage of people with PHD science and masters arts was relatively identical, 13% and 12%, respectively. The lowest pattern saw individuals with PHD arts, only 2%.
