Overall, the area underwent significant transformation over the period shown, becoming flower shop.

Between 1968 and 1984, the ground floor was office with range of facilities like meeting room, assistant’s office, secretary’s office, toilet, reception area, manager office, and kitchen. However, in 1985, it has transformed to apartment and all the past facilities have changed to residential by introducing living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom and shower. Moreover, the kitchen remained unchanged in the north-east corner of the ground. The ground was served as apartment until 2000 and in 2001, it has redeveloped to flower shop with four room, namely gift cards, play area, office, and the retained kitchen. In the center of the ground, flowers have introduced.
