Presently, robots are increasingly being used to perform a large number of tasks, both at home and at work. From my perspective, this trend is mainly driven by a rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI), and I believe this is a positive development. The reasons to support my view will be discussed in this essay, along with some relevant examples.

There are numerous reasons why robots can perform more tasks than in the past. Perhaps the most obvious reason is that artificial intelligence (AI) has been developed for decades to help individuals complete their jobs faster. This is because AI can learn how to cope with the difficulties of different types of tasks. As a result, AI can perform tasks more efficiently in terms of reducing working time and solving complex problems. Consequently, robots are widely used by individuals because of its efficiency. For instance, AI can summarize 100 pages of documents in only one minute in stead of taking people one day to read them.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, I believe this is a positive development because robots help complete many tasks faster, which enables individuals to perform other high-value tasks. For example, some household jobs can be replaced by automatic cleaning machines, allowing parents to spend quality time with their children. In the workplace, factory managers can concentrate more on business strategies instead of working on repetitive tasks, which can be performed by robots.

In conclusion, there is a significant increase in using robots in today’s globalized world. This trend is mainly caused by the advancement of artificial intelligence. I believe this is a positive development because robots and AI can assist individuals to complete their tasks more effectively both at home and at work.
