Hi, yes, I'm working for an airline so I have several times to solve issues with limited resources, especially when there are flight disruptions. For example, recently due to UAE airspace restrictions, many flights got cancelled. So especially for the transit passengers, they face problems because we also have very limited hotel accommodations. So in that kind of situation, what I have done is I contact other hotels in the city because the hotels we have contracts with are fully booked with disrupted passengers. So I checked with other hotels near Abu Dhabi city, in Dubai, and near the airport in order to book rooms for the guests. So many times I have experienced that during disruptions. So in case we cannot find hotel accommodation, then we arrange the lounge for our passengers. Then sometimes we also contact Airbnb and arrange for passengers to stay there for some of the night. So there are sleeping pods in the airport also, we arrange those things. So especially in that kind of situation, let's say we cannot find it at all, then we arrange a bus and a driver, and then also we offer the airline miles. As a result, even we cannot provide the guests what the guests want, what the passengers want excessively. However, by showing our effort, by giving them priority and treating them with respect and being empathetic to their situation, by saying that they are happy with us. So all in all, it's very positive all the time.
