I would like to describe a time when I successfully improvised a solution to a problem. I had an issue with my MacBook because I could not open Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which are essential for my job. I found it difficult whenever I wanted to access them, as they would not open, and I didn't know why. I started to figure out the resources that were available and useful to solve my problem, and I found ChatGPT. I sent it an image that described the problem with my MacBook, and it started working because ChatGPT provided me with a lot of answers and steps to check the root cause of the issue. The solution was to delete files that consumed a lot of memory on my hard disk. Once I freed up enough space, I could redownload Microsoft Office and start the installation. I followed that step very carefully, and I solved my problem. My MacBook can open Microsoft Office again.
