Nowadays, some countries pay extremely high salaries to employees. This gap recent time increased so much, some people say that there should be an upper limit on the salaries. so it is good for empolyees, While some people believe that high salaries has disadvantages. So i will discuss my view point on upcoming paragraph.
Firstly, compaines recrute high skills works to given more salaries their employees, because recent time skills are important. Many pepole have important skills, such as master in their field so they work anywhere and earn high salaries. For example, who work as a data anaytics, for other country, so company pay high salaries because this skill high demanding. As a result company pay extras their employee. it is help to company growth .
Secondly, there some disavadvantage due to high salaries, many people believe that paying high salaries their employee it is not good because startup based company does’t provide to much salaries their employee. they don’t have many pay extra. In addition some employee has not high scale skill and resources, so company does’t provide to them. For example, build a new company, so they recrute low skills and low salaries employee. they don’t too much many to spending for their employee. As result, newly based companies and low skills works to does’t pay extra salaries
Conclusion, pay extremely high salaries to employees, there are some advantage and disadvantage. In my opinion pay extremely high salaries. it good for company and their employee to growths of company.
