Some people think that older citizens should continue to work longer in order to contribute to the economy, while others believe that there should be policies to help elderly people retire comfortably and support them financially. I would say that aged people should not continue to work any further because of the age factors and they deserve a time to enjoy with their family or friends after working all that time. There is however, a solution to support them financially, which is a pension plan.
Older people have worked a lot throughout their life, therefore , I would not recommend them to keep working because humans experience aging which limits some of the ability they had before such as reduction in strength, stamina, and durability, moreover, they also need a personal time with their family especially if they worked 9-5 jobs. A solution to be financially stable while not needing to work for these aged people is a pension plan. This can help them because a company would give them a certain amount of money per month if they had worked or associated with the company before.
