I am writing to express my concerns regarding a set of headphones I purchased from your store last week, which has been malfunctioning.
The issue with the headphones is that when I connect the aux cable, the sound initially works but then cuts out if the cable is moved slightly. Additionally, strange noises replace the audio, making the product unusable.
When I visited your store to seek assistance, I was disappointed with the staff’s response. They were unhelpful and informed me that their responsibility ends once the item is sold. This experience did not meet my expectations of customer service.
As the item is still within the 30-day guarantee period, I kindly request that you inspect the headphones and either repair or replace them. Alternatively, a refund would be appreciated. I would also suggest that staff be reminded of the importance of respectful customer interactions.
