Then, in 2004, it reached a peak with about 23 billions and it witnessed a sharp fall to 17 billions at the end of timescale. At the beginning of the year, the expenditure of Space was 6 billions and then in the next period it decreased slightly to 5 billions but it continued a growth until 2008.

Then, it climbed to 8 billions in 2000 but it witnessed a slight growth at the end of the timescale.
