Honestly, this is a difficult question because it depends on the situation. But generally, if I want to answer this question, in my opinion, what is important is that you need to be a good listener to have good communication. First, you need to listen a lot and carefully. Then, analyze the data in your mind, and after a while, you need to use this information to communicate well with others and interact in society. So, I think being a listener is better.
