Overall, clay is used as a raw material that undergoes a total of six stages for the formation of brick. Once it is created, it is meticulously packed and ready for delivery.

The first step is to dig up clay from ground using heavy machinery known as a digger. Newly dug clay is placed on a metal grid to separate small particles. With the help of a roller, it is moved ahead. Two important components are added, sand and water. Developing of brick’s shape is done by pouring this clay mixture into either molds or wire cutter. Once a suitable shape is attained, bricks are dried in an oven for 1-2 days.

Kilns are utilized to supply the heat. Initially 200-980 degree Celsius of heat is applied, increasing up to 1300 degree Celsius. An opposite cooling effect is introduced through a cooling chamber for 2-3 days. Final step is to pack the bricks into boxes and deliver to the businesses.
