Overall, the younger people mainly study for their careers but the older people focus on learning for their own interest. Additionally, the people under 26 received the most amount of support from their employers.
The number of student under 26 years old who study for career is higher than student study for interest with 80% and 10% respectively. From 40 to 49, the student studying for career and for interest is same with 40%. In contrast, the student over 49 years old adore studying for interest more than for career. The number of student who study for career decreased gradually and study for interest increased considerably.
In the first group, the most support was aged under 26 years old with 63%. From under 26 to 39, the employer support decreased gradually and the third group about 30-39 years old is the lowest of age groups with 32%. In contrast, the number of employer who increased slightly with age from 30 to over 49.
