The pie charts show the percentage of time spent by working adults for different activities in a particular country for the years1958 and 2008.

In both charts, we can see that the most time was spent on working by the adults with 33% in 1958 and 42% in 2008. If we combine it with travelling to work it would be half of their time spent for the year 2008 which was a lot more than what was spent in 1958, 2% for travel to work. On the second is time spent for sleeping with 32% in 1958 and 33% in 2008.

As for personal time such as relaxing at home, working adults seem to have spent 8% in 1958 and it went up to 13% at the end of the study. Similarly with the time spent on intersts it went up from 6% in former to 8% in latter. Looking into spendning time with family, it went down drastically from 19% in 1958 to only 6% in 2008.

In conclusion, working adults seem to be spending a lot more time on work than their personal lives as the study shows major up trend in working percentage.
