Wealthy nations frequently provide financial aid to poorer nations, but it is ineffective in reducing poverty. As a result, industrialized countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than funding assistance. I am in complete agreement with this concept.

While fiscal help is misused it may not reach the humans who need it most due to deception in authorities or the government’s faulty allocation. Besides that, it strengthens reliance, when low-income countries’ assistance from developed countries will nurtures dependence in place of self–reliance. Furthermore, this idea is approved me because mismanagement and corruption are significant challenges in many countries when receiving financial support. In several situations, donor funds are not used properly, making corruption increasingly complicated such as causing some individuals to take up too many resources or not being able to find a radical solution to poverty. Therefore, it has become one of the biggest reasons for reducing aid effectiveness in countries. Regarding effective measures, firstly, stronger countries should concentrate on technical and educational support. Education and skill authorize individuals to make sustainable livelihoods. Educational deprivation breeds plunder and class divisions in poor countries. Instead, they can support the constriction of hospitals, charity schools, and medical centers. For instance, Samsung prioritized learning and growth for Vietnamese workers through its Samsung Skill Training Center, by equipping individuals with expertise in electronics and high-level produce, this initiative targets to strengthen the nation’s technological self-reliance. Lastly, one of the key elements that support trade and enhance the quality of life is infrastructure development. We need to concentrate on this by constructing roads and upgrading power, water, and communication networks. It plays a vital role in encouraging economic growth. Such as the construction of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway is a significant advancement that boosts Vietnam’s economy. This crucial expressway links Hanoi with the northwest region of Vietnam, creating favorable conditions to connect the local economy with remote areas and enhance tourism.

Therefore, grants assist countries in overcoming neediness, it also present a harmful impact on life and the worldwide community.
