The above-given process diagram illustrated how the Australian bure of Meteorology collects up-to-the-minute information on the weather in order to generate reliable forecasts.
Overall it can be noted that 4 main stages in the production. They are the information collection stage analysis and forecast step, preparation steps for the broadcast and finally broadcast step .
In incoming information collecting stage all information gathered via three main sources such as satellite, radar and drifting buoy.
In next step ,All gathered satellite photos, radar screen synoptic chart will be analyzed. The forecasting part also done in the same stage.In next step, all the preparation work done for broadcast.Finalized material will be broadcast via three main methods such as TV newsreader, Radio and recorded announcements in the final step.Finally it can be noted that this is an effective and efficient way of furnish reliable forecasts by collecting up-to-the information on weather.
