Overall, the process can be divided into 4 stages, beginning with the collection of information about the forthcoming weather. This information is then analysed, prepared for the presentation and televised to the residents
As can be seen, the first stage and the second stage of the process are gathering weather data by three ways of analysing it. Firstly, incoming information can be received by satellite from space and then transformed to a satellite photo. Additionally, the same information can also be passed to radar station and presented on radar screen or synoptic chart. Secondly, information about forthcoming weather may be collected from both radar station and drifting buoy and presented on a radar screen or synoptic chart.
After that, collected information is compiled through a computer, prepared for the broadcast. Finally, it is delivered directly to the audiences through TV programme, radio or recorded announcement
