The image below shows a cycle of paper manufacturing. The wood comes through at least 5 stages, including timber, de-barking, chipping machine, screening, cleaning and paper making machine.
First of all, the cutting down of trees and harvesting of oaks, cones or other timber take place. Then, the raw materials are prepared in the de-barking factory and chipping machine. In its turn, the second one various pulping processes are conducted, whether mechanical, chemical or hydrapulper. Further, the last preparatory stage is the screening and cleaning. Only after all these steps, the resource will be ready for sending to the paper making machine.
In summary, this procedure requires to take a lot of efforts, tools and time. Moreover, it is crucial to recover forests with planting new trees after cutting down. Nevertheless, deforestation is still destroying the internal ecosystems.
