In 1981, household staying in owned house stood at slightly over 20% and exhibited a minimal increment by 10% in 1939, and remained the same after 14 years. After that, a gradual rise by 10% was documented until 1971, and then continued to grow, reaching its peak to approximately over 60% in 2001. Conversely, it marginally dropped to about 62% in 2011.
On the other hand, household residing in rented accomodation witnessed a highest rate of 78% in 1981, but it declined to below 70% in 1939 and remained steady in 1953. Following that, it proceeded to sink until reaching its lowest point at 30% in 2001. However, it slightly recovered to increase by 10% in 2011.
