The diagram gives detailed information about the process by which Sugar is manafactured from Sugar cane .
Overall, it is clear that there are two main stages in the productio of Sugar, in which the tasks are either Labor-intensive or accomplished with the help of speacial machines. However it is also worth mentioning that the manual jobs accounted for the most of the work in the process.
Looking at the details, the process begins when Sugar canes are grown within 12 to 18. it is followed by Harvesting them by hand. After the Sugar canes are harvested, it is sent to crush, in order to making juice. Having been crushed, the Juice is sent to Purifying.
In the next stage the purified juice sent to evaporator. In this process the product is turned into Syrup. After that followed by Contrifuge. In this phase the Syrup is sorted, in order to seperating the sugar crystals from Syrup. Having been sorted, the sugar crytals is sent to drying and cooling process.
