I would like to talk about my brother, a man with high confidence, and he's always ready to use positive energy. He was a young professional working in marketing. I have known him since I was born, and he's my older brother. A couple of months ago, during the summer, he faced a dilemma between staying at his current job or accepting a new opportunity in a different city. He made a decision to turn down a high-paying job offer in another city and remain in his current role. I think it is a good decision because it allows him to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and the new job would have meant long hours and significant travel. It would have negatively impacted his well-being and personal life. As I reflect on him, I am impressed by how carefully he weighed his options, and he didn't rush into a decision based solely on financial benefits, but considered all aspects of his life, both professional and personal.
