A majority of people think that a high earnings is main factor, also the rest thinks more important factor is working environment. This essay discusses both sides of this argument, and then I will do my own perspective.
There are two main advantages that exist with high salaries. First advantage is related to life quality of people. This is because individuals’ will-being depends on their incomes. If a person gains enough money, he or she will be satisfied with their life. Moreover, the money is a source of motivation. Employees eagerly wait for payday.
On the other hand, some people believe that a working atmosphere is most important factor. This is because if employees work in an environment relevant to them, they feel more comfortable. As a result, in this case their work productivity will increase. In addition to this, the working atmosphere is connected with employees’ relations with each other. To illustrate, recent studies shows that more collaborated companies have better productivity than others.
In conclusion, I believe both sides of argument have their own merits. On balance, however, it seems that working atmosphere is more crucial. This is due to the fact that if employees works in their desired environment they will be more well pleased.
