I normally don’t make many changes in my daily routine but this year I feel motivated to improve my daily lifestyle. I made a resolution on focus on my health and career better habits. Everyday I woke up early in the morning and ensuring I sleep on time. After working up I go to the for a morning walk or a gym. I also had a small walk after every meal to stay active. I spent too much time sitting and scrolling on my smartphone which made me very lazy and lethargic. These are not healthy habits. It caused me to gain a lot of weight and feel sad most of the time. Since adopting this routine I have noticed a lot of positive things in my life. I now feel very energetic and I am interested to daily. I am ready to take daily tasks with this enthusiasm and exercise regularly. I have improved my health and my mood. I have worked up early and it gives me more time to make my day and complete my breathing on the schedule. I no longer feel allergic and overholed and regained a sense of balance in my life. This change has made me feel healthier and is more confident in overall. I believe everyone should make exercise and self-care a priority in their daily routine. ABS molestives like walking or sitting a few days in a sleep can have a big impact on my life.
