In some country, there appears to be some children engaging in business activities from a very young age. Their beliefs are both technically true but from my stance, it would need some modification and I will give my ideas below.
On the one hand, for the first reason, there is a child labor law that allow children to work when they reach the age of 18. Children are considered as a crucial part of future workforce that the law of goverment keep children away from labor until they are mature. Secondly, it would be unsafe when children join in work especially manual labor which can be harmful to their health. For instance, some jobs are hazardous and requires to have good physical condition such as factory, warehouse or construction and children is the group who are easily take part in due to no certificate requirements. These may happen with those adolescents who have disadvantaged backgrounds with low accessibility to higher education. As a result, their circumstance is the major reason leading to the their participation in business too early.
On the other hand, those persuaded that children should go to do work early so that they has opportunities to interact with workplace and colleagues. Through working, they would learn how to teamwork and manage time to finish on time. This is possibly a chance for children to create entrepreneurial thinking and business mindset. When they grow up, they would immerse themselves into hustling and develop their own business and easily possess their property, and that would be the only way they can break the poor cycle of their family.
From my stance, Firstly, Children should balance their time at work and at school. I would suggest children to work in retail or sales which is not required much effort and health but it is required time. These recommended job would give them opportunities to communicate with clients and they would learn to deal with problem in workplace. Generally, they would interact with society and business early to gain experiences which can enable them to deal with future career. Secondly, government should regulate the law that limit the period of working for the young generation which can allow them to have time to do both working and studying. This can enhance their ability to manage time and task. Moreover, children have ability to pay for themselves independently from the parents and incredibly render them got out their comfort zones with confidence.
In conclusion, working condition must be regulated under the law to be suitable for the children which emphasizes the importance of academic studying.
