Nowadays, due to people would like to buy familiar products anywhere in the world. Therefore, in different places, countries become more and more similar. I think this is a negative development because by this development, the countries will not have any characteristics.
I can understand why this is happening and there are some benefits. Firstly, by this development, it enhances cultural exchanges. This means that, if different countries are similar, it will reduce cultural difference for foreigner tourist. So, it is a good way to improve the financial of tourism. Secondly, for international trade, it can increase the volume of international trade, meaning that people would like to buy something similar recently, so by this situation, companies just produce those items and sell them very quickly to pass customs.
On the other hand, this development has some negative effects also. It will reduce a lot of species of goods. Which means that because customers like to buy similar goods in the world so that shop master’s just would like to sell those things, not others. By this way, the species of shop will become less and less. And also, on account of different countries becoming similar, it will make the result that different countries do not have their characteristics. For example, bail and Maldives are tourist countries, due to their characteristics becoming famous tourist countries. So, if the countries become the same as other countries, tourists will become less.
In conclusion, although there are some reasons to explain the benefits of countries becoming similar, but in my view, I still think this development have more negative than positive.
