Dear Administrator,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to cancel my part-time course which I recently booked in our Loyalist college and I am interested in booking different course. I apologized for unconvinced Here, I explained my Concern very briefly.

I am working in Pharmaceutical company So, I decide to learn more about in relevant to this Field. So, I selected Quality Technician part-time course in Loyalist college. I was very excited to learn about it but I did not check the subject and contents of it. After carefully reviewing the details I found that I already studied this subject in my bachelor so this is not worth it to repeat. Also, Loyalist college have policy to cancel the course before 2 weeks of starting date and this course will be start after 4 weeks. That’s why I would like to cancel this course.

However, I checked other courses which offered by loyalist and I finalized the Biotechnology part-time course to learn. I found that this course subject is very different as compared to what I learn in past and it will boost my knowledge in my field too. I know this program is very popular and full very early so, if it’s available then I am interested in it.

I hope you can understand my point of view. And if possible can you please transfer my refundable fees to this new course.
