It is often argued that whether working for individuals over 65 should not be allowed or it should be allowed as long as they choose There are valid opinions on both sides, which will be elaborated below.
On the one hand, proponents of giving an opportunity to overage workers highlight that more time is needed to master some occupations in which plenty of employees nearly arrive to the proficiency level with great efforts and dedications in the later years. Lecturers and scientists, for instance, frequently reach their peak in senior years due to the complexity of perceiving the intended academic science. Furthermore, supporters of this view emphasize the importance of elder stress level which crawls gradually from time to time. The sharp drop in the activity would lead those with active life in their productive ages them into Post Power Syndrome indicated by symptoms such as stress, unhappiness, and self-esteem reduction.
On the other hand, opponents of this view argue that the elderly frightened by health issues could disrupt the work environment. Poor body organ condition could interrupt them to unprofessional performance, endangering aging individuals at any time. A geriatric study stated that the cardiovascular system associated with the aging process raises the risk for heart problems, threatening complicated medical treatment. Finally, the advancement of technology in almost all working fields highly require the digitalisation skills which barely can be outperformed by the aging society. Business experts claimed that some co-workers might face difficulties collaborating with the seniors to complete deadlines utilising special device features and applications.
In conclusion, it appears to me that individuals over 65 may have reached next-level understanding, but the unfit condition may disrupt working activities.
