One time I had a big problem with my computer when I was doing my homework. It happened last year when I had an important assessment for school. I was using my laptop to find information, but suddenly the screen froze, and the computer stopped working. I tried to restart it, but it did not work. I felt very stressed and frustrated because I had several words to complete, so it was unfair I could not ask for help. I had a deadline, and I didn't know how to solve this problem. I was worried that the teacher would not accept my work for some reason. But my parents were supportive and helped me.
