As far as I know Pakistan is famous for its traditional and delicious foods and I would really like to talk about about Churi which is actually pudding made up of traditional sweet dish that is made in Pakistan and I ate it when I was 6 years old. I was a child at that time and I really enjoyed it and it is actually made up of three ingredients basically wheat bread and some sugar and some key you can say fat is used to make this dessert sweet dish. So first of all the wheat is sliced into smaller pieces wheat bread is sliced into smaller pieces and then sugar is added and hot fat is poured on it and they are mixed together and it creates a lot of delicious smell and it has really good taste. I have never experienced such traditional food ever in my life and I really really like it. Whenever I go home I always ask my mother to make this for me and I really like to and I really prefer to eat this on rainy days with cup of tea and so this is what I want to talk about.
