Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about a black leather bag which I purchased from your shop two weeks ago.

However, the bag’s seams were supposed to be completely durable, it started to separate at the seam as soon as I put something into it. Furthermore, when I tried to hang this bag on a hanger by its handle, it tore off, even though the shop assistant said it was firm.

I will send this bag back to your shop, and I hope your employees can exchange this to another one or compensate this issue.

I trust we can sort this matter out amicably.
