The procedures for the manufacturing and feedback of electrical items at Sparks Inc are demonstrated in the given flowchart.
Overall, there are multiple steps in the entire process. The production process commences when raw material and manufactured parts are obtained and is culminated when sales are made, while the feedback flow is opposite to it.
Initially, the raw materials as well as the manufactured products are obtained and stored in a storing facility before the planning for manufacturing is done. Along with this, product research and designing of the item also needs to be completed to be included in the planning phase. In the next step, assembly of products takes place, which are then sent for inspection and testing. Once the testing of products is done, it is sent for packaging and then dispatched for sales where the manufacturing process ends.
Moreover, once a product is sold, feedback is taken and sent to the production planning team as well as for the market research. From the planning phase, once feedback is considered, it is forwarded to the storage facility. On the other hand, the market research team uses feedback for advertising and packaging of the product. Lastly, feedback is sent to the designing phase from both: market research and testing facilities.
