In parallel with potatoes, fish also goes through a complex process. After the fresh salmon arrives in 12 hours or less to the factory, it is treated with lemon juice and then seasoned with salt. Then the meat is steamed in the steam oven. After, skin and bones are removed, the product is inspected for any imperfections.

With fish and potatoes prepared, the assembly of the pie begins with adding the well in advance prepared peas and sauce. Potato is added at the next step, which marks the completion of the pie.
