While driving usage of cell phone is dangerous because it causes the driver distraction so that driver usage of cell phone should bemade illegal I completely disagree with the given statement because many emergency situation drivers haveto pick up their call and due to technology advancement many driver jobs are depend on the cellphone. My supporting views will be discussed in upcoming paragraph.
In many emergency situation drivers have to use their cellphone because any one of the drivers family member is trying to reach him in emergency or critical situation driver must have to pick up their calls while driving furthermore it is not truth that while attending call during driving can dangerous but there are other factor that can lead to accident such as other member in the car are distracting the driver or due to technical errors in car and manyjobs of driver are depend on application for example in uber application drivers have to receive the pickup address through application and have to reach the receiver address
Hands free technology in car can lead to reduce the risk for drivers because they can speak easily on hands set speaker without distracting. Moreover many drivers in new rous they do not know the routes so they used the navigation map to reach the destination. Despite the legal action education is more significant to driver because legal action can affect the drivers mind and can be able to educate the driver hat can put the car park beside the road and can attend their phone calls this reduce the risk for accident as well as distraction.
To conclude, due to emergency situation and other factor that lead to distraction such as technical error in car or noisy environment in car can lead to accident furthermore, due to hand free technology, drivers depend on the application to receive the passangers, education to driver is more significant rather can taking any legal action.
