The diagram illustrates how plastic bottles have recycled clothing. There are 2 main steps in the process of producing cloth, beginning with collecting plastic bottles and ending with accomplishing the product. Overall, the diagram records the process of making cloth from plastic bottles. We can see the manufacturing process of recycling plastic water containers into dry goods.
In the first step, we collect plastic bottles and drop them into a recycling bin to dispose of plastic. Then, the bottles were transported to the factory by a specialized vehicle to transport garbage. Afterward, the empty plastic bottles will be sorted. At this step, the bottles are sorted by appropriate size to make recycling easier. Before washing them, the bottles are cut into plenty of tiny sizes that are used to make them arid. Drying tiny plastic bottles will take 10 hours to make them parched. After that, we will take it into the large water tank with boiling liquid to make it more flexible and malleable.
Thanks to straining them, the secondary will be trained off the impurities in which the heated plastic bottle is used to make a thread used for cloth or knitting. Following the next stage of making cloth, we use the specialized machine to make fabric, called looms. Lastly, the finished rolls of fabric are used in making cloth
