The provided tables contain data regarding Fairtrade labelled tea and pineapples sales in the years 2010 and 2015 in five European countries namely France, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, and Norway.
From an overall perspective, it can be seen that the information reveals tea sales increased in mentioned European countries, while the trade of pineapples varied in countries. However, most contries experienced increasing sales of pineapples except Norway and Germany.
In terms of Tea, in France, in 2010, it made trade of 2.5 million euros, while it increased by almost seven-fold and made 21 million euros. Austria, which recorded double sales in 2015. Germany earned 3 million euros in 2015, which increased from 2.8 million euros. In 2010, the Netherlands and Norway earned 2 and 1.8 million euros, while both increased and accounted for 2.7 and 2 million euros, respectively, in 2015.
In terms of pineapples, the sales rate increased in Austria by three-fold and made 48 million euros. Morever, in 2015, France and Netherlands both experinced higher income than in 2010. However, Norway and Germany both had declines in sale and earned only 2 and 1.9 million euros in 2015.

The illustrations show the redevelopment plan for the industrial site, to make it suitable for housing.
Overall, there would be many changes in the layout of the industrial site, where it will be converted into new housing area. The storage, factory, entrance, offices and canteen planned to remove to make a way for bedroom houses, communal garden and an apartment. The roads surrounding the industrial site are not planned to change.
Currently, There are four roads outside the site, Chimney road at the north, while Swallow street at the south, with Toe lane at the west and Pie walk at the east. At the center, you can see the yard and entrance and reception above and row of office buildings, with the canteen at the south of it. At the west, the circled area is parking and the storage at the bottom of it. A big factory located between offices and the Pie walk.
In the plan, several buildings are planned to knock down such as entrance and reception, offices, canteen, storage, and the factory. The parking would be doubled and relocated. At the east, new building planned to be constructed with parking area and an apartment. At the south, the parking garages would be located. Two of the bedroom houses will be built at the west and three of them at the north. It is planned to build a communal garden between bedroom houses at the north and the parking garages.

The two maps illustrate the current layout of the Norbiton industrial area and the proposed plans for its future redevelopment into a residential district.
In general, it is noticeable that it is planned to build a significant number of houses for inhabitants by demolishing factories. Also, new road infrastructure will be introduced to make the city more accessible.
Looking at the details, Currently, there are numerous factories around roundabout in the centre of the map and alongside the path which leads to eastern part of the city. Looking at the left corner of the map, there is a town between main roadway and a river. In the top of the river, there is a farmland designated for agrilcultural purposes.
In the future, it is forecast that the pathways will be constructed in northern and north-west rought which lead to houses. Notably, it is planned to built a new round about on the main road in bottom of the map and there will be medical centre and shops to create more conveniences for city residents in the north-east and north-west side of the new roundabout. Moreover, the road in right of the central roundabout will serve as an artery leading to school. It is projected that a new playground will be established with new houses in the top left corner of the school. The farm will be relocated to east of the river, however the town in left side of the city will remain untouched. Who can check my task 1 please give estimated band score…
