In my opinion, the approach should be constructive rather than purely punitive. While traditional punishments like detention have their place, I believe it’s more effective to implement restorative justice.
For example, if a student is caught bullying, instead of just being suspended, they should have to participate in workshops that help them understand the impact of their actions on others. This way, they learn a lesson rather than just feeling resentful. Ultimately, the goal should be to guide children toward better behavior, and a consistent, educational approach is usually the best way to achieve that
