The pie charts below illustrate information about the proportion of water uitilized for three different purposes in six regions of the world, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia.

Overall, it can be seen North America and Europe allocated the largest share of water for industrial purpose, wheraes other regions utilized most of the water for agriculture.

To begin with, North America and Europe consumed 48% and 53% of water for industrial use respectively, and both regions used between 13% and 15% for domestic purpose, whereas 30% to 32% devoted for agricutural use. Meanwhile, South America consumed 71% of water for agriculture, 19% for domestic and 10% for industrial use.

A completely opposite pattern can be seen in Africa, Central Asia and South East Asia, where agricultre dominated water consumption. These three regions used 84%, 88%, and 81% water respectively, allocated 7% to 9% water for domestic use and between 5% and 12% for industrial purpose. band-7.5

The pie charts illustrate the proportions of water used for three different purposes – agricultural, industrial, and domestic – across six regions of the world.

Overall, it is clear that the majority of water in most regions is used for agricultural purposes, particularly in Asia and Africa. In contrast, Europe and North America consume much larger shares of water for industrial activities, while domestic use remains comparatively low across all areas.

In detail, the proportion of water used for agriculture was extremely high in Central Asia (88%), Africa (84%), and South East Asia (81%). Similarly, South America also recorded a high agricultural usage of 71%. By contrast, only 39% and 32% of water were used for farming in North America and Europe, respectively. Industrial and domestic uses were considerably smaller in most of these regions, although domestic water use remained constant at 7% in both Central and South East Asia.

In contrast, the pattern of water consumption in Europe and North America was quite different. In these two regions, industrial use dominated, accounting for 53% in Europe and 48% in North America. Agricultural consumption was notably lower at 32% and 39%, while domestic use made up only 15% and 13%, respectively. This clearly indicates that developed regions tend to use more water for industrial purposes, whereas developing regions rely heavily on agriculture.

To sum up, agricultural water consumption is dominant in developing regions such as Asia and Africa, while industrial use takes the lead in developed areas like Europe and North America, reflecting their economic differences.

The six pie charts illustrate the breakdown of water consumption according to three main purposes in six parts of the world.

Overall, what stands out from the pie charts is that agricultural use of water resources is the most extensive in South America, both parts of Asia, and Africa, whereas Europe and North America direct their water supply to industrial purposes. Another interesting point that can be noticed is that North America and Europe tend to have the same distribution patterns for water resources, with the main consumption in the industrial field, amounting to 48% and 53% respectively. Likewise, agricultural use and domestic use were almost equal in these two continents, with North America showing a slightly smaller share of the total consumption.

In contrast, the three pie charts in the bottom row show absolutely the opposite trend, where industrial implementation of water is standing at a mere 7% and 5% in Africa and Central Asia respectively, and a slightly higher 12% in South East Asia. Consumption of water for domestic use in these parts of the world is the lowest, with only 7-9%. Band 9
