    The charts illustrate the proportion of water used for industrial, agricultural and domestic purposes in six areas of the world- North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Central Asia and South East Asia.Overall, agriculture contributed the most to water usage throughout these areas, while Domestic usage accounted the least overall share. Additionally, industrial usage fluctuated across areas, while domestic usage remained relatively stable.Looking first at agricultural usage, this was the largest in four areas- South America, Africa, Central Asia and South East Asia, with 71%, 84%, 88% and 81% of overall water usage respectively. Meanwhile, in North America and Europe it had the second largest proportion, with 39% and 32% share respectively.

    In contrast, domestic usage had the least proportion in 5 of the 6 areas and remained relatively stable, with shares between 7% and 19%. Industrial usage fluctuated between areas, from being highest in Europe and North America with 53% and 48% share respectively to being the lowest in Africa and Central Asia with 7% and 5% shares.

    Overall, what is noticeable part from the chart is that agricultural use of water resources is vastest in Both asia, South America, and Africa, whereas Europe and North America focus their liquid supply on industrial purposes.

    An interesting viewpoint that can be observed is that North America and Europe tend to have similar distribution patterns for water resources, with primary consumption in the industrial field, amounting to about 48% and 53% respectively. In addition, it is seen that the two continents almost equally use water in agricultural and domestic areas, with North America showing a slightly smaller share of the total consumption.

    In contrast, the three pie charts in the bottom row illustrate the opposite trend, where factory-made implementation of water is standing at 7% and 5% in Africa and Central Asia respectively, and a slightly higher 12% in Southeast Asia. Utilization of water for domestic use in these parts of the world is the lowest, with only 7-9%.

    To begin with, over 80% of used water is for agricultural purposes, identified in Africa (about 84%), Central Asia (approximately 88%), and in South East Asia (above 81%). In Africa, industrial use accounts for about 7% and is followed by domestic use, which is approximately 9%. Industrial use of water in Central Asia is about 5%, whilst domestic use is 7%. South East Asia shows almost the same pattern, with 12% of industrial and around 7% of domestic use.

    In contrast, the percentage of industrial consumption of water in North America is almost half (48%), whilst agricultural purposes account for almost four of ten (39%), and domestic use accounts for around 13%. Europe has similar results, with more than half (53%) of industrial consumption, about 32% of agricultural use, and 15% of domestic use. However, in South America, agricultural use of water dominates with almost 71%, and domestic (about 15%) and industrial (19%) use of water.

    Notably, Europe consumes the greatest amount of water for industrial purposes, closely followed by North America. The other four countries use significantly less water for industrial purposes, but use water for Agriculture use.

    Both North America and Europe use much less water in agriculture than other four countries. In contrast, Africa, South East Asia and Central Asia, used water for agriculture accounts for more than 80% of total water consumed in each region. Africa, Central Asia and South East Asia have considerably same water consumed profile. Interterstingly, South America, While predominantly using water for agriculture use, actually consumes water for domestic use than both North America and Europe.

    The data provided clearly illutrates the differaneces between the heavily industrialized economies of North America and Europe and non-industrialized economies such as those of South East Asia, Africa, South America and Central Asia in terms of water consumption.

    Overall, the most striking aspect shown in this figure is that Europe and North America are the significant using water for industrial purpose where Africa, Central and south Asia using water for Agricultural purpose.

    As it can be seen that the Asia and African regions used over 80% of water for cultivating lands. The citizens of Central and South East Asia use almost the same amount of water for personal usage at about 7%, while Africa ratio was little higher at only 2%. However, the water for commercial use in all of this three regions was between 5% and 12%.

    In addition, Europe and North America spend the biggest proportion of water for industrial use while South America ratio was just 10% to that category. Moreover, South America water used for agricultural purpose was 71%; In addition, Europe and North America using their water for cultivate lands at about 32% and 39%. Finally, in the Europe and North Americas people use almost the same proportion of water for domestics use and the percentage was 15% for Europe and 13% for North America. Instead, South Americas People use water for their personal work little bit higher and it was 19%.

    Overall, it can be seen that in most areas the highest percentage of water is used for agricultural purposes. However, the Europe and North America utilized the most amount of water in industries.

    To begin with, the Asian and African regions used over 80% of water for cultivating farms. The citizens of Central and South East Asia use almost the same percentage of water for their personal usage at about 7%, while the Africa ratio was little higher at only 2%. The water utilized for manufacturing and production in all of these three regions was between 12% and 5%.

    In addition, the Europe and North America spend the biggest proportion of water for industrial activities at about 53% and 48%, respectively, while South America shared only 10% to that category. Similarly, in the Europe and North America, people use almost the same proportion of water for homes at 32% by Europeans and 39% by North Americans.
