In this existing era,it is undoubtedly true that young population of some states are higher than older people.some people concur it’s very beneficial for country development.I quibble to them and propound that some time it’s create critical challenge.This eassy will further elaborate my stance in upcoming paragraphs and lead to a logical conclusion.
There are adequate evidence of this view which are substantial.The top-notch concrete reason is young generation have more potential to achieve dreams.They put full energy to develop new technologies, excellent progress in industries, military force depends on youngers and every organization demand new techniques and skills.Another pivotal aspect is that young individuals quickly learn new things and adapt new environment.The rearmost coherent factor to be considered which cannot be neglected is that young population has seventy percent distribution in Gross domestic product (GDP).This is clear that they can boost economy, part of success and development.
What is half full for some,may appear half empty to others.So,some people general tend to distinguish that older people are necessary for upcoming times which has multifarious reasons.To commence with,some people deem that elderly people are more practical and experiences.They can easily face different challenges with patience.In additiona,they can uphold to justify that older people have more knowledge in every field and deep analysis of everything. According to experts, without senior citizens success is impossible because they are spend 50 to 60 years of life in working place.
